Award RV Superstore Return & Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Returns:

  1. Guarantee:

    • Every product from Award RV Superstore is guaranteed by us and the respective manufacturers.
    • Warranty periods differ per product.
    • Applicable to goods supplied within Australia for personal use only.
  2. Covered under Warranty:

    • Manufacturing faults or defects in the original product.
  3. Not Covered under Warranty:

    • Fair wear and tear, improper use, neglect of instructions, accidental damage, commercial use, alterations, severe weather, animals, insects, and Acts of God.
  4. Initiating a Warranty Return:

    • Head to our Contact Us Page with details and a description of the problem.
    • We will advise on the course of action – usually either providing replacement parts or initiating a return.
  5. Inspection & Resolution:

    • Returned items will be inspected by Award RV Superstore or the manufacturer.
    • Confirmation of a warranty issue will result in repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
    • Faults within 14 days of delivery: We cover the shipping cost. Notification within this period is mandatory.
    • Faults after 14 days of delivery: The customer is responsible for return shipping.

II. Damaged in Transit:

  1. Reporting:
    • Report any damage within 7 days of delivery for us to cover shipping costs.
    • Beyond 7 days, customers bear freight costs, unless otherwise agreed by Award RV Superstore.
    • Some items offer Transit Insurance; if declined, any claims are at our discretion.

III. Lost in Transit:

  1. Definition & Replacement:
    • An item untraceable by the carrier for 7 days is deemed lost.
    • Upon confirmation, we will send a replacement at our expense.

IV. Refund Process:

  1. Timeline & Method:
    • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and sent via the original payment method.
    • Fund availability may take 4-5 business days.

V. Change of Mind:

  1. Returns & Restocking Fee:
    • The customer is responsible for returning the product in sellable, unopened condition.
    • A store credit will be offered with a 20% restocking fee applied.
