The roof and walls are fully insulated 50mm panels consisting of a central core of polystyrene sandwiched between pre-finished aluminium and plywood.Individually designed to suit your needs.Our annexes fully comply with the Victorian regulations - Schedule 1 of the Caravan Parks and Moveable Dwellings regulations and NSW ordinance 71. All our annexes come with a Victorian or NSW Complience plate.
