Award Aluminium Annexes is a family business which prides itself on building the highest quality annexe on the market at a price you can afford. We offer the latest in slip lock panel in both the walls and roof as well as the square edged system. The roof and walls are fully insulated 50mm panels consisting of a central core of polystyrene sandwiched between prefinished aluminium and plywood.
Individually designed to suit your needs and fully complies with Schedule 1 of the Caravan Parks & Moveable Dwelling Regulations 1999 and Ordinance 71.

Interlocking walls and roof mean no condensation, heat transfer or exposed aluminium joiners. This unique panel system ensures against leakage and is completely sealed from wind and water. A matching panel draft strip finishes the interior

Floors

Our floors consist of galvanised steel chassis with galvanized studs at 450 centres with quality wet area tongue and groove flooring screwed for easy disassembly our floors are 4 way blocked on concrete pavers to give it an unsurpassed strength with no unsightly wooden packers.

An inexpensive alternative for on site living in your caravan park.  Built to lock up stage.  2 or 3 bedroom units available with dining, kitchen, living and ensuite rooms.  Alternatively we can build to your own requirements.  (Council approval required).
